P3 Fellowship

Built for brotherhood. Grounded in faith.

A men's breakfast fellowship in Fort Worth, Texas. We gather early, share a meal, open the Word, and walk through life together — one small group at a time.

The P3 Showcase — watch the story of our fellowship

What's in the name

One fellowship, three P's.

P3 isn't just a logo. It's how we're built — three things that work together to turn a roomful of men into a brotherhood.

The First P · Periodic

Breakfast Fellowship

Every so often we all gather — members and newcomers alike — over coffee and something worth waking up for, around a guest speaker with something to say. An open table by design: grey-haired wisdom shoulder to shoulder with young marrieds and young professionals.

The Second P · PODS

Discipleship Small-groups

Priority One Discipleship Small-groups. Eight to ten men of a similar walk of life who agree to meet every other week for a one-hour breakfast. A little common ground — age, season, family — is the glue that lets honesty grow.

The Third P · PointMen

The Men Who Lead

Men recognized, encouraged, or simply led by faith to take a leap and lead a POD of their own. The PointMan is the glue that holds his group together and keeps it thriving, week after week.

Our story

Why P3 exists.

Before the structure, the small groups, and the breakfast tables, there's a heart behind P3 Fellowship. Hear it straight from us.

How a POD works

A simple rhythm men can lead.

A POD is eight to ten men of a similar walk of life who meet every other week for a one-hour breakfast. The structure stays the same so the PointMan can focus on the men, not the logistics.

P.O.D.S.
Priority One Discipleship Small-group — 8 to 10 men who agree to meet every other week to open the Word and carry each other's burdens.
PointMan
The recognized leader of a POD. A man encouraged to organize, recruit, and lead a group among his own peer group.
P.O.D.S. sample meeting structure: 7:30–8:30am — Early Birds, Fellowship (20 min), Discussion Topic (30 min), Prayer Requests (10 min), Small Talk, led by the PointMan.

Before

Early Birds

Arrive, settle in, order breakfast or lunch as soon as you can.

20 min

Fellowship

Everyone gets settled and prepared for discussion. Order food early so nothing interrupts the conversation.

30 min

Discussion Topic

The PointMan asks someone to open in prayer or blessing, then leads the group through the book or topic for the week.

10 min

Prayer Requests

Gather every man's requests — kept to immediate family and close friends. One man closes in prayer; the PointMan shares requests confidentially by group text.

After

Small Talk

Linger, connect, and carry the morning into the week.

What we believe

The ground we stand on.

P3 Fellowship is built on the historic Christian faith. These are the convictions that shape every table we sit at.

One God in Three Persons

One true God who has always existed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — three distinct Persons, completely united as one God.

Jesus: God With Us

Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human, born of the Virgin Mary, come to reveal God's heart and rescue us from sin.

The Resurrection of Jesus

Jesus truly died and physically rose from the dead — His victory over sin and death, and our real hope for eternal life.

Salvation Is a Gift

No one earns right standing with God by works or religion. We are saved by grace alone, through faith in Jesus Christ alone.

Jesus' Sacrifice for Us

His death on the cross was a sacrifice in our place, paying the price for our sin so we can be forgiven and restored to God.

The Bible: God's Word

Scripture is inspired by God, completely trustworthy, and our final authority for what we believe and how we live.

Christ's Return

Jesus will come again, visibly and in glory, to judge the living and the dead and to fully establish His eternal Kingdom.

Life After Death

Every person will be raised. Those who belong to Jesus share eternal life with Him; those who reject Him face eternal judgment.

The Church: God's People

The Church is not a building but all who trust in Jesus, united as His body to worship, grow, serve, and share the Good News.

The Good News

Jesus lived the perfect life we could not, died for our sins, and rose again — so anyone who trusts in Him receives forgiveness and new life.

For your POD

Worth reading together.

At the risk of being perceived as yet another "Book of the Month Club," we wanted to at least provide a sampling of excellent books to consider — whether on your own or as a "Point Man" leading a POD, trying to select a great book to study.

This is but a short list of the MANY great books out there from Christian pastors and leaders.

First things first

Having said that, we can not overlook the greatest book of all — the Bible. The Word of God. If you don't have one already, do yourself a big favor and get your hands on a good study Bible. Without a doubt, that is the best starting point.

And while a great Christian book is an excellent way to study and discuss among a small group, nothing beats simply opening up the Word of God for study and discussion.
